"What happens when tradition becomes the cause of someone's death?
TARA is the story which tries to provoke and enlighten people about a cruel tradition, which leads to a girl's death. Thagi a village girl, gets married when she is just a teenager to a man who
is twice to her age. She lose her childhood and gets exploited by her husband and her widowed mother in -
law both physically and mentally.But she has been told never to leave her husband's house. So she keeps suffering silently. In the end, she gives her life just to uphold a cruel tradition of her husband's house. Some traditions are meant to be killed, not followed. "
