Notice something? Webb comes at these kids with a very different perspective. But he also sees their intention, that they do give a shit. They aren't the enemy because they disagree with him. I love the point of 'slowing down.' Why can't I want welfare for those in trouble AND want to not give it to freeloaders? Why can't we talk about wanting gun rights AND safety for our kids? Because we must have a soundbite, and anyone who disagrees with us must Hate America.

    just my 2 cents.

No not the paying for there social security. They were giving away with regulation, high taxes, just anti business attitude and climate long before my generation had a vote. They gave away our future and our kids future.Ruined the educational system as well.I am only a high school graduate but compared to the education the boomers got it would be like a seventh grade education.Someone had to put these people in charge so yes it is the entire boomer generation at fault.

So you are saying that us paying for the Baby Boomers, as well as condemning them for the actions of the few, as well my argument refuting them is what causes GenX to lose? Again, I apologize if I misunderstand you, without hearing a voice or seeing the visual cues of a face, its hard to tell exactly what you mean.

And to clarify my earlier statement of social programs in Canada, the higher taxes restrict the economy, causing companies to lay people off to save money, costing jobs.

So that means when my generation comes up for retirement we will not be able too there will be no money for that. And as for jersey shore I cannot stand that show or others like it.Talk to a gen xer sometime they will tell you the same thing i have been telling you.We have known for a long time this is how it will be.As i said before the world war 2 generation advanced many things as well with out giving away the next generations security, stability whatever you want to call it.

I was saying that millions of this generation made Jersey Shore, that show involving Snookie and the Situation, very popular. We actually had millions of people admire them and look up to them as something to aspire to. That is something that should not have occurred in any sense.
