be inspired and encouraged that you don't have to deprive yourself to lose weight; the process may be slower, but it will be steady and rewarding. My method of choice is low carb on most days, and one or two days per week I eat average amount of carbs (but never nearly as many as I once ate on a daily basis). The key change for me has been not to make bad and/or unhealthy choices upon unhealthy choices on a daily basis, but rather make good choices most times and don't beat myself up about the day or two that I didn't make the best choices but should have. Also, I love walking, but really need to incorporate much more consistency in my exercise. I didn't weigh myself, but I will the first Fri in Oct.
