The final report of the Grace Commission, convened under President Ronald Reagan, quietly admitted that none of the funds they collect from federal income taxes goes to pay for any federal government services. The Grace Commission found that those funds were being used to pay for interest on the federal debt, and income transfer payments to beneficiaries of entitlement programs like federal pension plans. Tax Protestor, and former IRS Agent, Sherry Peel Jackson. Mrs. Jackson used to work for the Internal Revenue Service and now gives advice to tax protestors. Mrs. Jackson was sentenced to prision for evading income taxes.

SHERRY PEEL JACKSON, 45, of Stone Mountain, Georgia, a former IRS Revenue Agent, was sentenced on February 14, 2008 to four years in federal prison, to be followed by one year of supervised release, and was taken into custody immediately after sentencing. tree
