what is a cheap visual effects program that can do like muzzleflashes and make it look black and white or other stuff

@CrowTitan Hey! Well there are a number of options. First you can make them by hand with about a lenght of 3 frames, using software like photoshop or even flash and then composite those in After Effects. Or if you want a pre made engine. The cheapest one is an all in one package called Vision lab. You have pre built muzzles and flashes, also light sabers. Personally i would use an engine like Particle Illusion (You can make them or download pre made) And i would composite in After Effects. ;)
