@sjnathan100 Yes, it's sad. It seems today like there is deliberate creation of ugliness rather than anything beautiful or uplifting.

@copernicus633 It's enough to make you cry when you view not only the entertainment industry but society at large. Our country is slowly being destroyed from within.

Wonderful!
The Little Dippers were actually The Anita Kerr Quartette (Singers), I have this song on their 'For You, For Me, For Evermore' LP.

@JubalCalif Unforunately, innocence was lost in our culture a long time ago, especially in the "entertainment" industry. This is from an era that will never come back. It is gone forever.

Heavens to Murgatroid! I've been wanting to know the name of this song for such a long time. It's played by a local nostalgia radio station quite regularly but whenever I hear it, I never hear the DJ say the name afterwards. I guess I could have emailed the station...but have just been putting if off. THANK YOU so much for posting this delightful "blast from the past". It's such a beautifully romantic song. You've MADE my day & my week! CHEERS! :-)

How true! Back then we could understand the lyrics & songs were usually about love...or lost love, not about violence, sex & profanity.
Parabens por teu bom gosto. Belissima musica.
