@SheenaAvi well im not sure if theres anyway to fix it but you can try slow motion cheat or adrenaline cheat its still hard but it makes it a little easier thats how i done it or you can start a new game also theres 2 other mission glitches that happen with cheats 1 is burning desire if you have used 100 cheats before completing this mission when Denise gets out of the car she wont walk back to her house thus never ending the mission and im running out of characters left

lol my uncle was doing this mission i didnt tell him about the cheat thing so maddog died and my uncle said,"Ah screw him" and took maddogs money when he died and walked off
