  • this is a baad diet. your supposed to keep eating throughout the day to keep your metabolism going..this just sounds like your half anorexic.

  • Sorry but this doesn't sound like a healthy diet.You're suppose to eat through out the day just smaller healthier portions to keep your metabolism going. Cut out most of your sweets & have one day allowing you to have sweets. Drink diet soda & diet juice as a rewards on Fridays for drinking so much water during the week. Losing a pound a day is extremely unhealthy.

    but i'd rather eat good stuff if i crave. Like cereal or something,it gives me energy, even fruits are sweet enough..like a simple orange,it'll fill up ur tummy,& vitamins are a plus. Water is a great idea too Thanks^^

  • Losing a pound a day isn't healthy...1-3 pounds per week is a healthy range to lose.
