As far as I know, this was originally sung by Paul Anka and Regine Velasquez wayback 90's and revive by Ms. Celine Dion...FYI Regine is a superstar singer in the Philippines and known as Asia's Songbird...But Celine and Paul has the best version of the song!Celine has the better if not the best voice to give life to the song...She does it BEST!!!
