I guess death is the best way to lose weight. If you have 10 kg of fat you will need to die only 476 times. Assuming that one death will take 10 sec of your time, we eventually have 80 min in exchange for 10 kg of fat. Of course we need some time for resurrection but it still much better than 40 min of cardio which will burn only 56 grams of you

No. It was based on this experiment where a man weighed 6 people at the point of death. 1 of the 6 lost 21 grams. 2 others lost different amounts. 1 was written off because the scales were being adjusted when it happened. 1 was written off probably because it didn't agree with their prejudices. 1 actually gained weight. The experiment was a resounding failure. He also killed 15 dogs and found no loss of weight.

This wasn't science. It was disgusting theology.
