Good god, did you built this for your personal collection or are you selling it?

This started out as a build for my personal collection, however a collector out of New York bought it mid-assembly. I added the working prop for him and further detailed the salon. I have more kits coming to me for the Christmas season, and I can custom-build more models like this one for anyone interested in obtaining one. Thanks for your comments! Bob.

The music is Tocatta Fugue in D Minor, Nemo's famous performance just prior to ramming the ship off the coast of Rura Pente. The build took about 9 months of working in the evenings. I'd guess that there's about 200 hours or so in there. Thanks for the interest!

Think of it. On the surface there is hunger and fear. Men still exercise unjust laws. They fight, tear one another to pieces. A mere few feet beneath the waves their reign ceases, their evil drowns. Here on the ocean floor is the only independence. Here I am free! Imagine what would happen if they controlled machines such as this submarine boat. Far better that they think there's a monster and hunt me with harpoons.
