I think motivation comes when you know why you are exercising and eating healthy, and of course, what happens when you don't.

@hannahbanana468 A little bit of healthy competition is ok, but really the only person you should be comparing yourself to when you workout is yourself. Focus on having a great workout and outdoing your prior best effort. If you continuously make little improvements each workout in effort and performance, after 4 weeks, or 8 weeks, or whatever, you should see some dramatic improvement with your fitness and with your results. So try not to compare yourself to anyone else when you workout.
