Director of Education for Troon Golf, Tim Mahoney, teaches you where to place the golf ball in your stance and how that impacts your ballflight. For more tips visit http://www.golftipsmag.com/
First: Get the Grip. Second: Get your Aim and at the same time you establish the ball position relative to the club. I like the way You walk up to the ball...Awesome fundamentals.
Third: Set your Posture...
It's a good concise routine...
In fact, I've observed Sergio Garcia using that same routine in the Sunday Dubai Classic round...
The center of the downswing is biomechanically correct in the center of the stance. If the back of both hands are at 19 degrees to the club shaft at address (which is neutral), center is half way between both feet. The true club face angle will be correct as the squared face meets the ball. If you use old teaching myths, straight left wrist at impact, you have to place the ball forward to compensate for the incorrect opening of the clubface. The NatraFlex(TM) Swing is correct.
Thank you thank you thank you!! I so needed that tip! :)
