"Rhapsody" is from a work entitled "Meditation and Rhapsody," by David Yeagley. It is written for solo violin. It was premiered by Lina Bahn, violinist of the Corigliano Quartet. It was first performed at the National Museum of the American Indian, Sunday, October 8, 2006, Washington, DC. A Rhapsody is a sort of wild dance, historically associated with the passionate music of the east European gypsies. It was written and performed in that spirit, with great freedom of contrasts.
The emotional power revealed from this piece was quit spectacular to experience during the performance. Lina is a real treasure to listen too!

This too is very insprirational, pretty music, nice & dramatic photos like the deep eyes of the girl with her horse. Glad you decided to share both videos (Earhth Worm/Uplifted Rock) with the world.
