What's this? A Mother Savior update? Clearly this is a bunch nonsense!

However, this truly is an update for this long-gone project. Due to popular demand, I finally decided to provide a, not exactly a demo, but the whole incomplete game itself. I even took the effort to revise the inconsistent and dull English dialog that was once within the prologue game-play.

To announced a bit of bad news, keep in mind that this doesn't exactly mean I'm returning this project into the growing development it once went through before. As I've stated plenty of times, I will not and don't have any plans in doing so. This very project contains many bugs and contradictions (Game Maker 5.3A already has its own incapable cases with Windows Vista as it is), and to also regard that I already have a few other developments that are currently in progress. (Everlast comic series, Rem, Code, etc.)

Although, I hope those who were looking forward to this game will at least be able to enjoy this sudden release. It's still rather brief, overall:

The video presented here would be quick footage of the game itself.

  • Fan games don't get finished. period. If you release the engine alteast someone with eqaul experince finish the game. -_-

  • @taylor123ism

The only reason I haven't released the engine is how redundant and much of a mess the programming was. No one should base their engine off of Mother Savior's; one of the reasons why the project was canceled was because of how terrible the project began with its coding.

Mother Savior's system to players might look viable, but it's truly a mess on the inside. All I really needed to do was start the whole project over, but I eventually lacked the motivation to continue on with it.

  • Dude...when you're done with all this work for stuff unrelated to the game, please, PLEASE finish the game! It looks to awesome to die!

  • @themangOMEGA

This game isn't very likely to jump back into development, but the 'work' that stands unrelated to this old project is to be its own surprise, hopefully to compensate enough for all of the previously canceled projects.

  • WHY THE HAECK THE GAME IS DEAD!?!?!?

  • One thing the Mother fan games have going for them is self made graphics.

  • @NessStar3000 Oh, so your saying there are lots of hidden errors that make it hard to work with? in that case i can see why you didn't release it. You did a good job on the progress you had so far.

  • Could you at least update it with more enimies and music?

  • So, this appers to be the destainy of all good fan games...

  • @BrillantLoid1712

As stated before, even if I did release the engine for public use, any further modifications or additions would be difficult to achieve under a consistent level. Back then, my scripting was highly unorganized and unnecessarily redundant; proper editing would have to be done too thoroughly, to the point where one is better to start from scratch. I had no experience in programming an RPG of such level when I first started; any determined game maker has the potential.
