Well done again. Excellent use of your space and very thoughtful of the little peoples space.

I realized something while watching this video; that i need to think of my toddler as somewhat of a handicap due to her size and so i need to rearrange her living environment in a way that makes things accessible to her so that she can take on a more active role in her daily life. Thank you for these videos. You are a great mom.

@willowtreephoto The cons are more of my concerns toward unschooling. I love unschooling ideas. I've read many books, sites and videos on it. What I'm not liking is the sporadicness of it day in and day out. The unparenting I agree with. Sure, do not agree with. Don't hover over your kid. That's a great idea. But do we have to do away with Mom and Dad to really unschool the kids. (I'm just a young adult looking into alternative education and academic technologies. )

It is so inspirational, because we probably are as pour as you (we have 5 children) and we also love Montessori method. Your husband must be very proud of you. You are the Mom!

Good work. I have 2 years old son and I am learning everyday. Thank you and must say you are a wonderful mom. I love montessorie method too, but we don't have any montessori school near our house, so sending him to regular school from next year.

Very inspiring video, thank you!!!
I'm just learning of Montessori approach to education. No kids, not even married, but I do have a developing interest in alternative education. I've researched unschool, was home schooled, which is okay, but I wish we had known about the Montessori view on learning. I like this far better than unschool which I thought I really enjoyed this, but Montessori is much more practical and filled with opportunities for respecting things, people and others with guidance. Unschool has too many cons.

@glowingdarkmatter25 I've developed my approach as a mix of both montessori and unschooling because they actually have many aspects in common. I would be interested to know what was a con for as a person who was educated with unschooling. thanks for sharing.

Great video, I have just started looking into Montessori and your videos helped alot. I just have one question, I don't know if you'd be able to answer, I was just wondering if Montessori is based on Christian values? I am a born again christian and want to keep those values as a high priority.

yes it is, maria montessori was a catholic, her method includes lots of teaching on peace, and it's just up to you how you customize it. really her method is something very separate from religion and people will all faiths and no faith can use it and be pleased.
