Evolution is nothing else then changes between generations. Changes between 2 successing generations are nessesarily very very small. Changes over hundreds and even thousands of generations add up to huge changes over time.

Nowhere does evolution claim humans evolved from monkey's. It does say that humans and apes (ok over and even longer time also monkey's) evolved from a common ancester population.

Again: define "kind".

And the only people who claim evolution is guided by sheer chance are creationists. They are btw, also the only people who ever claimed that something came from nothing.

While individual mutations have an element of randomness, the ones that prosper are the ones that grant the best chances for reproduction. Biologists can see these things on a daily basis. Both in the wild and controlled laboratories.

Here is a thing about science: it doesn't start with a theory. It starts with observations, facts... once you have a bunch of observations you go look for ways that can explain these things. Then those ideas are used to form a model. This model is then tested. If it fails those tests it is discarded. If it passes those tests it is the published for peer review. If it passes that as well, repeatedly, it then becomes a theory. Evolution has stood up against thousands of tests.
