People like you are the reason they wrote that. They knew how people stopped believing in previous religions, so in order to keep their religion alive for a long time they wrote that "prophecy"

That prophecy is equivalent to saying "it is prophecized that people will no longer believe this prophecy, and when that happens then this prophecy becomes true"

If God was real and omniscient and omnipotent, he would foresee humanity developing science that would later contradict genesis and demand for evidence would replace faith (naivety/gullible/blind belief without provable evidence). The bible writers couldn't predict science, but they could predict we'd contest the bible, so they wrote "lol dis prophecy says anyone who dont belive this shit is a fool!"

Intelligent life only shows intelligence is an advantage to organisms which have little physical advantage. Primates are pretty defenseless. They survive in large groups and cooperating together to spot predators. These large social groups and cooperation and communication all lead to larger brain development. An animals' brain size/complexity is directly related to it's social structure/culture & behavior
