Hi, I have problems with both of my elbows. They don't bother me during normal day-to-day functions, but if i'm doing pushups or something that requires extension of my elbow, I get sharp pains in both of my elbows, and can't do anymore. It's the center section, i'm just not sure what to do about it. My physical therapist said it could be pinched nerves. Help?

I hit my elbow where i believe i there is a nerve ending while skateboarding. The board and my elbow met on the medial side of my right elbow and i received a numb feeling like i had fractured something. I haven't been to the doc, because i dont feel anything broken but I have since gained back much of my feeling but in my hand my pinky and ring finger are still numb as well as half of my palm this happened 3 days ago... could you give me some insight about the topic please?

Hey i also had the same problem! my inner elbow bone which this guy in the video refers to inconius two had started paining...... i developed the pain because of doing weightlifting (tricep exercises especially close grip bench press) my elbows would hurt even if i rested them on a table cause the bone would touch the table......... the best solution i found was to rest it out and now after almost a month of resting i have started doing my tricep exercises but with less weight.

I have been doing the tricep stretches, and I think it is helping, i've gone back to the gym a few times, But i still want to see a doctor, because what if my tendons tear and then i'll be ruined forever.

I have some serious elbow issues from weightlifting I believe. Whenever I use my triceps my elbow hurts so much, and It doesn't take a lot to do it either.just pushing down on my desk lightly hurts my elbow. It's so severe I am worried it's something serious.
thanks for the quick answer,
i will treat my triceps & anconeus hope it will solve the problem.

Hi. first great idea with the video, much more helpful that other stuff on the net..
Well I have the same problem from playing basketball and going gym. i stopped gym months ago because of the pain. but just playing bball and everyday stuff has kept it
aggravated and quite sore for a number of months. I started with a shoulder injury, but now mainly elbow.
Thanks because now I know that its the inconius (top one). I will now try massaging these points and stretching the tricep.
