  • yo homie, you got 5 leaks?? how old is that bag??

  • @1tramtram Boxing most definitely will help you outside of the ring that is a fuckin retarded thing to say leg kicks don't make or break a fighter either

  • are u an amatuer boxer?

  • all I here is the chain clanking wildly......

  • Very nice,you have power and speed.Goodwork

  • Manny Pacquiao is the example that proves the rule that efficient body motion rather than arm speed is the key to effective punching. Its just that he is so good that many people don't actually notice the body mechanics involved. The crucial thing about Pacquiao is that he fires from a defensive parrying position. The story is that he learnt this technique from watching Bruce Lee flicks as a kid. If he did it's interesting, because Lee studied Jack Dempsey's moves and they are very similar.

  • @johnsammyanfal If what you saying is true, then why is Manny Pacquiao so successful in the ring. From what I see he wins majority of his fights by executing 'Super fast punching".

Hoping to hear back from you regarding this issue,

    Regards,

    Flynn

  • the bwoi got some speed and some nice moves, but you should put some kicks in it. boxing alone will not help you in figts outside the ring

  • looks like a fit man. would like to see him kick
