@vechorik you contradicted yourself. in fact due to people like you making america's political climate the toxic shithouse that it is, it is politically dangerous for most US politicians to even talk about implementing the important steps that are vital for the long-term survival of the environment and humanity. if an american politician wanted to implement agenda 21 they would be harming their chances of re-election. america is trailing far behind the rest of the world on environment issues.

Hundreds of people are losing their jobs everyday. Why doesn't obama save all the small businesses if baillouts are so helpful to the economy? Unemployment is still rising, so clearly it isn't working.

The market is always the most efficient when left alone, except in the rare case of market failures which are naturally inefficient, such as criminal activity. This was the primary cause of the recession, but regulation doesn't matter to criminals, and it will just drag the economy down further.

what power has obama gained by simply increasing spending? if anyone is a tyrant it is his predecessor. bush practically set up a police state. and lets not talk about his electoral record. i'm not sure gerrymandering is exactly constitutional.

essentially you are calling obama a tyrant because he had a good campaign. and his birth certificate is on the internet for all to see. if you don't want to see it, or you've managed to convince yourself it's faked, that's your own problem

which fundamental principles of economic science might they be? oh that's right, the ones that promoted unregulated finance and allowed the recession to occur. do you have any idea how messed up the economy would be if the bush and obama administrations had followed these 'sacred' principles and not bailed anything out?

the reason obama bailed out GM is the same one any president would, including mccain - politically, you simply cannot afford to let so many people lose their jobs.

As far as the economy is concerned, none of those "experts" who supported the stimulus were economic experts. Bailling out a failed corporation like GM with tax dollars goes against the most fundamental principles of economic science. It is actually CREATING a market failure, causing needless taxes plus the deadweight loss that they generate.

The real reason obama bailled out GM but no small businesses? GM's unions supported his campaign, so he saved their jobs with our money. He's a tyrant.

A tyrant, by definition, is somebody who gains power through unconstitutional means, such as expanded the government which is now 28% larger than it was in January. The word itself derives from Latin "tyrannus" meaning "illegitimate ruler", and since he had to buy a record-crushing $900 million worth of propaganda, voter research, and get-out-the-vote mobilization to win by 3%, and has yet to produce his US birth certificate, I'd say "illegitimate ruler" is a quite fitting title for him.

i don't think you understand the concept of tyranny. tyrants spy on the people and murder dissenters. obama increased federal spending. just as the USA had to mobilise for WW2, there was a need for increased economic stimulus and support packages to cope with the recession, something which every expert supported.

the fact that obama decides how to spend taxpayers money is what makes him a president, not a tyrant, the same as his predecessors.
