depression happens. and it's hard to look up and be positive. it's hard to think
that anyone cares or loves you. it's hard to believe that. and i know
people struggle with that. some people get so down and stuck in a hole almost, its hard to get up and leave it.
ive experienced loss, neglect, bad relationships, hate, violence...but im still here. i wish people never had to experience any of those. for all of those who struggle with depression, i hope you can find the love and care you need<3
