  • @Maat922 you are correct,codes aren't laws,neither are statutes, or ordinances. To swear an oath of fidelty and dishonor it is called petit treason punishable by 10 years in prison. Most folks do know that cops can be held personally liable for their actions in official capacity. See American Jurisprudence 2d. section 50 under civil liability.Cops are not your friends and have no duty to protect you,as they have no contract to protect you,its all about contracts folks.

  • police form a speed trap. By parking so they are not seen by the on coming motorists? Even if an officer is in plain view they will still catch speeders. When you speed you make a decision to break vehicle and traffic law of your state and know the consequences if you get caught. SO how in the world can the Police be "trapping you" when you sign you drivers license at the Department of motorvehicles stated you acknowledge and understand the vehicle and traffic laws of your state and
