Melissa is referring to the use of the measuring tool "cup", not drinking glasses and cups.

I use 1 can of chilled Coconut milk, 1-2 droppers-full of the liquid stevia, 1-2tsp of vanilla. I don't really measure the cocoa, but start with 1/4 a cup or so and add more to taste. I put it in the processor (or blender).

wrong chocolate maybe? or too much water? She doesn't actually say how much water to add, just "one cup of water." Last time I checked, cups weren't all the same size....
