Jet is a 3 month old chocolate and white border collie. I've had him since he was 8 weeks old and this shows a little bit of the progress that we've made so far.

  • @laser375 I think you are missing the point here. This is not just any dog, this is a Border Collie. You can expect this and much more from him. Border Collies are happiest when they are challenged and stimulated. These K9 Einstiens need a huge amount of mental stimulation.

My wife's little collie earned his CD when he was just under 8 months. He loved working in the ring. It beats the heck out of chewing the furniture which they will do if they don't have a better option available.

  • @laser375 Dude the dog is just a puppy you can't expect him to know everything.. ._.

  • Your sit command means nothing when he can undo the command himself. After you gave a sit or lie down command a good trained dog does not need a stay command. The dog is supposed to wait till you say okee your free to go. Now you turned your back to him and he walked away. Hope I don't sound to pedantic (A). Further he really is a beautiful dog!!

  • SO FRICKIN CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @sue8765 try keeping eye contact with them while pointing it worked on my white BC even when he didnt listen all I'd have to say is get back and he'd go back

  • CUTE! x

  • so lovely, i like border collie so so much.!

  • My family is thinking about getting a 2 year old Collie and im probaly gonna end up training him pleasetell me about Collies so i can be ready and please answer back! thx!

  • @sue8765 same with my border collie pup Gemma.. she learns very quickly but the stay command she tends to ignore most of the time.. I have taught her to stay after going out and getting muddy to stay next to the door on the tile so she doesn't walk on the carpet with her muddy paws.. but any other time she doesn't stay expecially if you try to make her stay with a treat sitting next to her lol. Border Collies are great dogs to own if you have the time and a place for them to run.

  • This is too cute!
