Hello there! Have you ever tried intellectus list building (google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cousin got a ton of buying buyers added to their list.

realtor dot com has tons of comps in any area.

&150 a month?? wow, that's a bit on the higher side.That's &1800 for the year. You could use much less to get licensed and pay $400 a year for access to the MLS.

Hanies Criss Cross + Real Estate does the same things as Real Quest. The user interface isn't as good as Realquest though. Zillow is fair at best. Other's I use is redfin and franklymls Good content Maestro as usual.
