http://aquavitafilms.com In the African jungle, conservationist Damian Aspinall searches for Kwibi, a lowland gorilla he hasn't seen for 5 years. Kwibi grew up with Damian at his Howletts Wild Animal Park in England. When he was five, he was released into the forests of Gabon, West Africa as part of conservation programme to re-introduce gorillas back into the wild. Now Kwibi's 10 years old, much bigger and stronger. Will Damian find him? Will Kwibi attack him?

Watch the whole story of the amazing UK gorillas who are making a comeback in Africa in Gorilla School on Animal Planet narrated by Kevin Spacey from 4th May 2010 at 8pm.Adopt a Gorilla School baby: http://www.aspinallfoundation.org/adopt-an-animal/?breed=62 Produced by Aqua Vita Films Ltd http://www.aquavitafilms.com

  • this is the true story of 'RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES'!!!

  • i live 2 minutes down the road from damiens house in howletts

  • YAY ! Ain´t love sweet .

  • that gorilla face is so extraordinary almost human like .

  • @Jedtumble The only people that could dislike this are cold hearted callous people. Someone that is just plain hateful and miserable.

  • How could you leave him, he was so sad.

  • unfortunately this was fake, they were trained gorillas.

  • @randycasey99 And so did I..what a very lucky person to have such a special bond !

  • a very lucky man. I am afraid though I NEVER would have been able to leave again !

    I would just stay .

  • Animals were put here to be our fur babies as my baby girl would say. For those who have never had a great loving bond with an animal you're missing out. For those who have you know what I'm talking out. I went into diabetic shock (Type I) while horseback riding when I was ten. I awoke hours later in the hospital. My dog, Trigger, had went & found someone while my horse, Shotgun, never left my side. One of his colts now belongs to my daughter. Thank God for blessing us with fur babies : )
