Don, show me where in the law does it say they are illegal? If they were illegal then why isn't Dennis Lee being charged with the crime of installing them in vehicles? Dennis Lee is being charged with false claims by guaranteeing his system gave gains over 95%. He's charged with fraud not for installing HHO devices. The DOT even have a set of regs for using HHO device in commercial vehicles, how can they be illegal?
