I was also taught a variation of this form as a two man set. Any body have another name for this form. My form is 24 movements long each set.

@joshualabello lol well they are always exceptions I mean their are a few people who learned quite well from the book rising to become well known Generals of Ancient Asia.

I like the pants, makes the practitioner look more elegant and swift.

It's Ok with leaning 'too much', cos this's only a training; in actual fight, nobody will do exactly as practised in sets; the movements will be shrunken ......hahaha !

Muay Thai is fun, but it's a young person's sport with no long-term benefits. I would definitely suggest you check out some other arts, but it is absolutely inadvisable to try to teach your self a martial art... for many reasons.

do u think anyone can learn this or any other martial art style in self training if they really put effort to it bcuz im practicing muay thai nand i wana practice something else too

I was told it was called 'Ching Nian' Quan (chuan) - a sort of basic Northern Style Wushu form
