Documentary series delving behind the closeted world of the undertaker, focusing on south London funeral directors FA Albin and Sons, who have made death their business for more than 200 years. At times funny, at times bizarre, at times moving, this is a rare insight into the profession of death. In the first episode, owner Barry Albin-Dyer has a funeral to arrange for 1,000 mourners, but the deceased is still in Florida. New apprentice Perry Mulligan's job is on the line as he resits his driving theory test and 25-year-old mother-of-two Jameelah Ali applies to become an embalmer.
