  • Interesting commentary. I hope somebody finds a way to stop the spread. It looks like sandlot ball to me - artless.. You say it isn't going away. I hope you're wrong, but you're probably right. Another thing: How about lining up a big nose tackle over the center and pummeling the center every time he hikes the ball. That would have an effect as the game wear on. Most spread offenses have at least two bad snaps per game. Hurting the center would increase that number you think?
