Fuck McAfee. Did an update yesterday, and all I get is a white screen where McAfee used to be when I try to use it. It never finds anything either.

You can spend gagillions of dollars on things that dont work like winders and mcafee, or just get linux. No viruses, and automounter can be locked down.

This thing runs like 3 daemons in the background, making the machines even slower. Winders wasnt made with mounter control. You can disable DLP by killing the daemons. Also, the fact that you can TAKE THE LAPTOP HOME and CLONE THE HARD DRIVE pretty makes this a useless product.
You want DLP ?
Pay the engineers MORE MONEY.

@flargmuffin92 if you use ESET NOD32, mcafee will be shit. mc is 3GB. NOD32 is 2kb.

check out "reverse content-aware firewall" for DLP, simple to use - 30 min. to be up and running
