@dkblade27 - I got injured doing Pro Wrestling and got a bit depressed not being able to do it, my Gf at the time and living situation and motivations all changed.
I use to push myself extremely hard and got great results but, I dunno if it was the right thing to do or not? I never really plateau'd though.
I did train a lot though, 5 days a week was muscle building and weekends was cardio, stretching and balance. I lost all the progress though, stopped training and got fat :(

@ozboybrian - I am training a little bit now. But not anywhere near as intense or frequently.
