When I went to Issyk-Kul in July 2009 the water was very cold! The climate and nature are good, but the beach is contaminated.

the bast place is everywhere in the beaches of the lake. but if you want bigger adventure, then go the Cholpon Ata or Bosteri. I misss that shit.
