This is our first attempt at a village and train display. Our inspiration for this is to create a tradition for our grand-daughter, Katelyn, future grandchildren and our nieces and nephews. Seeing the faces of my nephew, Cole, and neice, Jada, made it all worthwhile! We started with a few village pieces, then the train and it never stopped. I built the mountain to replicate the Polar Express mountain on a small scale. Enjoy and remember the reason for the season!

First attempt, WOW! If your grand daughter loves this, think how much she would like it if you had a year round railroad in your home. If she has seen Harry Potter she would like the Lionel version of the Hogwarts Express.
