To make things short, he's changed his name to Cassietta and had a bunch of videos deleted and accounts deleted, many of which were deleted because of false copyright claims. He also has a book out about his aunt's life and claims that members of the Caravans are lesbians. It's just terrible, filled with bad grammar and bad spelling, and full of claims about the group that have been easily debunked by gospel music historians.

@ranmae57, when I saw the name Roberta, I had to take a second look because I thought you were talking about another popular gospel singer. Her name was actually Josephine Howard. While that may be true, Cassietta's nephew never ever mentioned Josephine in his book when he made those claims, which leads me to think if he didn't mention Josephine, he doesn't know what he's talking about.

Someone else may have a different testimony and a different experience with God. We should not limit God by the little that we know, should we? Rather, let everything grow together, and let God do the separating. We might be surprised at what God keeps and what is discarded.

Well, you can, just not freely. When you are in sin, (and speaking from self experience), you don't feel as free to praise him. But when you alright with God, you feel like a weight has been lifted. I know.
