For the 2nd and last set, I assume you just use comfortable weight for 8 reps instead of drop setting?

Yea the 2nd and 3rd set are sets of 8 at 85% of your max so heavy weight if your looking to build mass. If your trying to lean up do 12-16reps 65% of max. Thx for comment
