3sets 8reps, Drop set 1st set.
Dumb bell bench press, lower cable flys, incline dumb bell press, upper cable flys, cable cross overs, incline press, push ups

  • Yea the 2nd and 3rd set are sets of 8 at 85% of your max so heavy weight if your looking to build mass. If your trying to lean up do 12-16reps 65% of max. Thx for comment
