In America, we suffer from the toxic partnership of giant corporations and vast, powerful government. Where each begins and ends is blurred beyond distinction. I fear for this once great country. What can little folk like us do against such a powerful partnership?

Thank you. Finally someone on the right that understands that corporations and government aren't at all against each other and that the poor aren't the problem. Thank you. Whew.

You said "let's add a little more for theft and corruption" twice.
I'm going to assume that that was no accident.

drownded! this guy is a hero tho.

wow! that wasted 4 min of my life (fast forward some). if U know anything, please check where do income tax go and who really pays for them. the "poor" don't only not pay income taxes, they get money in stead.
it's true, the corporations do pass their cost on to the consumers. thats how business is done, profit =sales-cost. there is nothing wrong with profit, it gives someone incentives to innovate & cut cost (be productive). how about i give you $1 & see if U can get me a gallon of milk?

well, keep playing with your boats and leave real thinking to other people.

The welfare system is not by any means perfect but a hell lot than capitalism. capitalistim makes the rich richer and leaves everyone else behinde in the dust. In a welfare state no one is left behinde. And you can work your way upp because the school system is free so anyone who wants can get a free education and even go to college on a student loan provided by the state.

this also stands for Obama's America.

@AryanKnight Thank you for proving that the KKK never left the democratic party.
This is an illustration of barriers to entry. Every regulation and externally increased cost of labor is MUCH harder for small businesses to overcome. Big government benefits the wealthy. It is their favorite tool to thrive, and idiotic poor people keep voting for bigger govt, forcing themselves into a dependency relationship on corporations for their employment, since big govt makes it much harder for poor people to start competing businesses.

@hughtub
But it's more than just barriers; the costs of the governmental abuses are shifted right down the ladder to the bottom, and those at least can be mitigated by restraining government.

wrong. The poors pay no taxes and take welfare cheque. The middle class is the only group that are funding the rich and the poor.

@mtube620 Poor folks who are on the dole are at each end of the tit, and a lot gets lost in the ducts.
