Nice porting but I always wanted to know is how this gives the pulse sound the brideport makes...
-
hell yeah,brooklin bridge
-
Have you nitrated those plates ?
-
@bdc196 Its just that good......LOL
-
very good job
-
Would that be considered a MONSTER port?
It's freakin huge and the bridge looks rather thin for a long lasting street car. Full race engine i assume?
-
Do mine next?
-
thats some nice porting!
if i was to give you my s4 13b n/a plates, how much would you charge to do a full bridgeport job?
-

hi mate clean job . what hp are you looking for out of them . and being so smooth is;nt that a draw back as the air fuel wont attermise properly ?

It's not terribly smooth but that is a valid point. I don't finish the intake ports quite as smooth as I used to when I took that video for the very reasons you've brought up.

What do you use to get it so smooth? I've tried out a little bit of porting on an iron I had lying around, and it didn't come out nearly that nice, lol.

Im Thinkin Kay rolls and fine grit cross buffs would do it, Though this one looks like its CNC ported.

Flapwheels but basically you're right. Thanks for the compliment on the CNC porting; it's actually all hand-cut and done by eye without a template. I do have a methodology behind how and where I cut the bridgeports to help ensure that they're equal dimensions on both outer plates but they're all done by hand.

Lots and lots and lots of sanding steps. It's tedious.
