Re: Game Boy Tetris - 999,999 points

Very grainy proof of the possibilities of level 20 on Tetris for the original game boy. It does NOT show me getting to 999,999 points, but instead proves that it's possible to play at level 20. The levels during play range from 11(heart) to 15(heart) which are the exact same speed as level 20.

84000 + drop points (7 tetrises)....I didn't record it, but I know I've done it a few times. I have a video of me doing essentially the same thing on the NES version, it's the one I refer to as a 'perfect game'.

Its cool seeing some actually play it on a gameboy, hitting those tiny buttons takes skill, you looked like you were doing really well, i am curious how many lines you got on the gameboy? i have only gotten to 230. You must have done way more.

I think I'd become blind watching the original Gameboy screen nowadays. When I grabbed out my old GBA last month, I couldn't play longer than 10 minutes... no wonder I needed glasses when I was 10 :x
