That won't stop them. you have to find the source of food that they're infesting or the problem with them constaintly showing up will never go away. these guys are ridiculous and even crawl across ceilings like they're doing in this guys video right here. i hate these things.

You know, they're kind of cute when they're NOT IN MY DINNER.

OMG, I HATE THESE THINGS!!! Weve had them in our house for three years slowly catching them with Sticky Fly Traps, but that just kept the number from growning, not going away. We cleaned our whole house so many times i cant even count. Which is had to do cause our house is so cluttered and big. Just this year, when rebuilding the roof, we found out that squirels were taking my dogs food and storing it in the celing. Then the moths were doing there things up there. We took care of that =)

How did you end up getting rid of them?

Damn, lol. i don't blame you. how many of them have or do you have at a time?. they use to be in my pantry, on the ceilings, cuboards, walls, etc. i could never get rid of them. i had to throw "everything" out -_-. i have'nt seen them for awhile which is great. i still have the actual moths showing up though but no larvae in a while ^_^. i'm sure they'll be back sometime down the road though. it's like they refuse to get lost -_-. gross.

that's why I want to torture them. I usually drown them with alcohol. I didn't have time to clean out my pantry. I couldn't find the source, just tidied the place and kept killin' them and now they haven't showed up...yet.
Oh and i put in a couple of 'moth traps' from the supermarket for a while just to make sure any i missed die!

To get rid of them you really have to find the source. I found it was a container of breadcrumbs with a dodgy lid. I threw that out looked through my pantry for anything else they could have gotten into and had to throw them out (you can see them mainly in cereal or flour or grains, they cast little silk threads). Then i emptied out the panrty and throughly cleaned it with some diluted bleach. Didn't see them again after that.
