SWING GIRLS IN NANGO 1/2 2004/8/30

映画「スウィングガールズ」が2004年9月11に封切りになりましたが、その前に全国数箇所でライブを行い、最後に「第15回南郷サマージャズフェスティバル」を記念し­て青森県の南郷で開催されました。「Nango Jazz Festival 15th Anniversary」と題したこのライブは熱狂に包まれました。

Don´t miss out Naomi ( Yukari Toyoshima ) on drums. She does a really great job, I think. But all together it´s such a wonderfull band and I just love the film :)

Hey where was Yuika Motokariya (Sekiguchi)? Why is she absent here. But good thing Shihori Kanjiya was here (Yoshie - lead trumpet). I always find her the most gorgeous of the bunch - too bad she didn't hit that high Bb. Juri Ueno (Tomoko - lead tenor saxophone) was the most musically proficient. Great video! I hope they could reunite somehow.
