The EU fired everyone we (The Americans) had working for us and hired just a few back at much, much lower salaries.

They had problems with their troops (which we didn't have) and a lot of Crime (which we didn't have). Theft, Rape, Man-Rape, Attempted Murder, etc.

So the Russians may have problems but at least they aren't trying to Rape each other like EU Troops.

Since the Russians didn't have any money to spend downtown the Serbian part of Bosnia still looks like the day after the war and the Federation part (where the Americans were) actually has an economy now.

When the Serbs realized how badly they screwed themselves they wanted the Americans to more in, but it was too late. We were already turning it over to the EU.

For the Love of God, People!

These are Russian Troops. NOT SERBIAN. NOT BOSNIAN.

They were brought in under the Dayton Accords to Patrol the Republick Serbska area of Bosnia. The Serbs would not allow Americans or the other nationalities to do this. So NATO (the U.S.) had to pay the Russian Troops to be in Bosnia and allow them use of our facilities and Exchanges (Stores).

@loganinkosovo Economy, which is based on western money being pumped into it. Rebuilding funds donated to the region exceed the cost of rebuilding Germany after WW2, inflation adjusted. Yet there's very little actual results, as the money is going in other places than rebuilding.
