Sounds like he wants to stop invading and declaring war on other countries to take their oil.

Yes I am. I do not own any vehicle made after 1992, and my oldest car was made in 1962, and for the past several months, I have been driving that oldest 1962 American station wagon primarily. I go to great lengths to keep them running reliably. I do not own any vehicle with a plastic bumper.

So, your avoiding liberal policies which really are not socialist, and your plan is to do this by copying the lifestyle in a marxist country. Sounds like a plan.

End oil subsidies. They don't benefit you.

Absolutely right! I have about 60 collector cars, 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's and early 80's.

A lot of the newer cars are grossly over-priced, especially in the current dismal state of the economy. The cars seem to be of lesser quality as well. There has been a significant number of recalls of newer vehicles not seen before. Car markers are becoming more like software makers. If they make a mistake, they will just "patch" it later. Who wants to spend $20,000 on a car you later find out they couldn't even get the door windows to operate correctly without exploding or catching fire? Its BS
