Everybody is preparing & making arrangements for the pooja in Dharamraajs house & Khemi & Monghi also reach there. Meghna asks Tarulataben to welcome them & apply tilak to them. The pooja begins & Santu washes the feet of the girls. Meghna asks Tarulataben also to wash the feet of the girls. Meghna gives Prasad to everybody & then they all sit to eat. Santu packs Prasad in a tiffin for Madho & Hiten. Dharamraaj tells her not to send for Hiten but Santu insists saying that according to the punishment, Hiten is supposed to eat whatever Madhos family eats. Monghi gives fruits to Dharamraaj & tells her that Hiten gave his hard earned money to buy the fruits. After the pooja, everybody else sits to eat & Meghna challenges Dharamraaj to cook daal baati for all of them. Dharamraaj accepts the challenge & cooks it very well. Champakali tells Santu that Maalik forgot to add salt but she could not tell him. As everybody is about to eat, Dharamraaj realizes that he forgot to add salt. Before he could stop everybody from eating, they had tasted it & it did not lack salt. Dharamraaj says that his wife must have helped him & saved him from being insulted (actually Santu had added salt to it but she did not reveal it). Dharamraaj wishes to eat the apples which Hiten had got. He sees Santu in his room & gets irate on her as he had warned her for entering his room. Dharamraaj feels proud when he sees the apples bought by his sons hard earned money. Meghna & Santu play hopscotch in which Meghna wins & she asks Santu fulfill her wish. She tells her to find out whether Kadambari is ready for the wedding or not. She also informs her that she had given a photograph of his son to Kadambari but she hasnt reverted on it yet. Santu comes to know that Kadambari is in her room with her friend. She goes to Kadambaris room to serve them coffee & she sees Kadambari holding the photograph & saying that she would marry only him. Santu misunderstands & assumes that the photograph in Santus hand is that of Meghnas son but it actually is of Sandeep who Kadambari loves.
