Not very good -the window is too far away from the people passing by and infact, that window is a bit too tiny for that purpose; a bit desparate, should have thought bigger.
Note, it does look like saftey glass, but if a person fell though the glass, that would be their end, because of that ajacent, huge voidspace.
Probably breaches City labor Law on health and saftey.
