  • I hate your body. Its so perfect, makes me wanna stop eating.

  • How many times or how long do you have to do this routine before you see results?

  • @floyd2010ify well you have to push yourself if you want muscles, you can't stop when you get tired or it hurts you have to keep going, try to complete the full rep if not then do as many as you can, then take ten second breather then finish the rest of the reps

  • @pdimzz if you do ten push ups that called 10 reps of push ups,

    push ups, squats and chin ups thats called a whole set of exercises get it?
