Go to vintagefilmarsenal.com to purchase a full-length 64 min. DVD of "18th MP BDE - Vietnam" which includes a soundtrack from AFVN Radio. Home movies filmed by an MP in Vietnam from 1966 thru August 1968 -- with footage filmed in camp and while driving along Hwy 1A, in Saigon, Long Binh, Bien Hoa and elsewhere.

  • @guitarguru2006 hey ask your father if he knew an officer named Thomas Fairris. He would have held the rank of Captain during teh Tet Offensive, also he was the CO of the 552nd MP Company during the Tet Offensive.

  • Not 2 offend ; we live in the ying yang syndrome. How does biggest baddest best equiped lose. Because both sides agree to rebuild there infrastructure. I was told I had to go because the domino theory was coming to U.S?? Now U.S. wants to close the borders because the native little people want back in, back then movers and shakers wanted 2 keep open borders. sappers are tolerable, but regiments are harder to defend against. sword 2 sword type stuff more equal footing . - glory 4 us

  • there is is no patriotism to be had about thi ssad wasted episode in human life. However there is empathy. Thats coz its our primary instinct .. CARE.... Have tosay though just opinion. Just somebody born in Mancheste UK, would really 'love' somebody who was there to talk to me about it. Very very diff war ... whats happenin now?

  • all the people you see in this vidieo are all probably dead and gone by now (2009) vietnam must be the country of the dead souls. so many deaths its amazing they have the ground to bury them all.
