you talked about the chunks of onion or garlic being no good. i just found this out when making lamb koftees. I now shred my onion on a cheese grater. seems to work. try the lamb koftees, it will be a good video for you. cheers.

Looks great, could you tell me how long they should be on the treager and do you have to turn them? ( I was thinking 350 degrees

350 is good, you should turn them once or twice for even browning. Depending on the size they can take 30 - 45 minutes.

I would suggest melting the cheese when you are toasting the buns. Looks mighty good however!
