6 months transformation. A little help with protein the first month. Note that I didnt workout hard, and will post more when I gain more muscle. I went from 13.5" biceps to 14.7".

  • Anyone who doesn't see the difference is just a prick with a big EGO who doesn't appreciate the effort of others. Clearly there is a difference. His chest is much more sculpted and his biceps are much bigger. He isn't a body builder but it does look like he's on the right track. Not everyone has to look like a Greek god, the kid is simply a better more healthier version of his old self. GREAT WORK, KEEP IT UP!

  • Don't mind the haters. People will always try to bring you down. They probably don't understand that, along with your body(and your hair), your MIND underwent a metamorphasis. People don't just decide to workout like that on a whim, it comes about as a major life change. Good for you man
